Just finished 90 days of a gluten free diet, and signing up for 90 more.
First time truly testing new habits in blocks of time instead of lifetime. Something I read and heard about.
Had I looked at it as gluten free for life I would have on a couple occasions given in to a cheat day, thinking gotta have a break since its a lifetime. But knowing it's only 90 days it gave, inner discipline and strength since its only a block of time, a very achievable one.
Try 30-90 days of something , if there is a concept or habit your not accomplishing.
